The Way We Work

When you work with Harrington Homes, we keep you involved every step of the way as your new home is constructed. The foundation of our process is clear communication—of expectations, pricing and what will be included with the home.

Before signing a contract, we will spend time reviewing the site and plans for your home. At this time, we will also develop a blueprint and note any specialty features—such as custom built-ins or custom stone and tile options—you would like included in the home. In addition, the Harrington Homes team will provide a cost estimate and discuss financing with you.

Once the contract is signed, a pre-construction meeting is scheduled for a final review of site plans and the beginning of the selection process. Michael will guide you through decisions on cabinetry, flooring, hardware, colors and more, so that your home truly becomes a reflection of you.

Regular updates will be provided on the home’s progress throughout the construction phase, and you will also be able to call our office to speak with Karen or Lisa at any time about questions or concerns you may have.

Before you move into your completed home, the team will conduct a new home orientation for you and provide a thorough inspection to help you get comfortable in your new residence.
